With regard to the planned transition of INNPRO Robert Błędowski into a limited liability company operating under the name of INNPRO Robert Błędowski spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) to take place at the end of the year, we would like to inform you that the legal form of the enterprise conducted by INNPRO Robert Błędowski will change on the day of transition, and the limited liability company established as a result of transition will assume all the rights and obligations of INNPRO Robert Błędowski resulting from our current relations and agreements.
Moreover, we would like to inform that after registration of transition, the activity of INNPRO Robert Błędowski will be continued in the form of a company under the name of INNPRO Robert Błędowski spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością located in Rybnik.
The company will be assigned a KRS number; additionally, NIP and REGON numbers will be changed. We will inform about the current data of the company with a separate announcement.
